Summary

Provide Education Support Services required by Headquarters (HQ) Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Army Continuing Education System (ACES) in education offices at Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations as indicated in the requirement.

Provide Army Continuing Education System - Education Support Services that supports Soldiers professional and personal growth through a continuum of education programs and services that range from academic and career guidance to enhancement of job performance and skill qualifications and includes assistance to ease the transition of Soldiers returning to civilian life. Services include counseling, credentialing/licensure, testing, instruction, technological and automation services and administration support services at Army Education Centers.

Positions available in Hawaii, Alaska, Korea, Japan, Okinawa, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, Kentucky, Colorado, New York, Arizona, California, South Carolina, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Virgina, Washington, Maryland, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey Active Army Bases.

Job Description

  • Perform test administrative tasks
  • Create and maintain a conducive testing environment
  • Meet all Suspenses
  • Support special events
  • Test Examiners coordinate with TCO/ATCO to update and maintain credentials/training according to required testing guidelines
  • Use ACES customer management systems, currently the Customer Assistance Tool (CAT) for all customer interactions, accurately capturing workload
  • Storage and destruction of testing documents according to ARIMS timeline and local SOPs
  • Prohibitions exist on administering examination to close relatives or test examiners administering a test to anyone with whom they have a close personal relationship including a family member
  • Training in the Army Personnel Testing Basic Test and the Army Personnel Testing Defense Foreign Language Program (DFLP) Test

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs and web-based applications is required
  • A favorable NACI is required for this position
  • Associates degree in any area of study from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Individuals serving in the Test Examiner CLIN are required to maintain test integrity and avoid conflicts of interest.
  • No minimum level of experience

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour + Health and Welfare based on location
