Le poste et les tâches Votre rôle

Contexte de la mission :

Dans le cadre de la qualification de ses équipements électroniques embarqués, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Tests CEM (EMC) pour intervenir sur des systèmes critiques ferroviaires (signalisation, contrôle-commande, traction).

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement fortement normé, avec des exigences élevées en matière de compatibilité électromagnétique, de fiabilité et de sécurité.

Vous participerez activement à la validation des équipements afin de garantir leur conformité aux normes ferroviaires et leur bon fonctionnement en environnement perturbé.

Responsabilités :

  • Définir les stratégies et plans de tests CEM en conformité avec les exigences ferroviaires
  • Préparer, configurer et réaliser les essais CEM (émissions et immunité) en laboratoire ou sur site.
  • Piloter les campagnes d'essais avec les laboratoires internes ou externes
  • Analyser les résultats, identifier les non-conformités et proposer des solutions correctives
  • Participer à l'amélioration de la conception en intégrant les contraintes CEM en amont
  • Rédiger et valider les spécifications et rapports des tests CEM.
Profil recherché

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur en électronique, informatique industrielle ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en validation hardware et/ou développement de moyens de test
  • Expérience dans des environnements contraints (ferroviaire, transport, nucléaire, aéronautique...)
  • Bonne compréhension du cycle en V
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'analyse et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (internes/externes)
  • Anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral)

Compétences techniques :

  • Connaissance des normes CEM ferroviaires (EN 50121, EN 50155...)
  • Maîtrise des essais CEM : émissions conduites/rayonnées, immunité (ESD, EFT, Surge, RF...)
  • Utilisation d'équipements de mesure (analyseur de spectre, chambre anéchoïque, générateurs CEM...)
  • Lecture de schémas électroniques et compréhension des architectures systèmes
  • Capacité à analyser et corriger des problématiques de perturbations électromagnétiques
