Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect tracking tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Validate bug fixes and ensure software meets quality standards before release.
  • Participate in requirement reviews to identify potential risks and improve testability.
  • Maintain test documentation and provide regular testing status reports.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.
  • Support release validation and post-deployment verification.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
