Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all test infrastructure.
Install hardware, build infrastructure racks, and manage rack cable management.
Provide Level 3 tech support on trouble shooting/ failure analysis for server/rack/storage/GPU products in repair
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on hardware, network, and software related issues.
Help analyze and improve first pass yield and implement continuous improvement projects to eliminate failures and defects.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and all other critical teams internally.
Test and validate new product platforms and software.
Generates basic production reports and trends.
Requires ability to handle tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external teams in support of overall company objectives.


EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in computer/electrical engineering or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years related experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing systems
Effective in time management and delegation.
Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean philosophies and experienced in practicing those applications.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Fast paced work environment
Certain areas are considered loud work environments and will require ear protection.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Extensive use of computer equipment, and frequent telephone activity.
Periods of extended sitting, walking, and standing are required.
Activities such as bending and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
Employee must be physically capable of completing and satisfying all training requirements as stipulated by Company policy.
