Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer - ATE Test Development with 9+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ATE test development, semiconductor device testing, Teradyne test platforms, and test automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ATE test development.
  • Strong semiconductor industry experience, with 9+ years of overall professional experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing tests for digital, power management IC (PMIC), RF, or mixed-signal devices.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Teradyne testers, specifically UltraFLEX and UltraFLEXplus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Strong programming/scripting experience with languages such as Perl, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Experience in semiconductor test development, debugging, characterization, and test optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ATE test methodologies and semiconductor testing processes.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
