  • Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing test software and scripting tools, and deploy hardware test stations and production test racks.

  • Perform hardware debugging, root-cause analysis, and validation activities within manufacturing test environments to resolve technical issues.

Job description

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
This type of work-work that changes the world-is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE As a Test Development Engineer, you will drive manufacturing test strategy, software architecture, and hardware validation for enterprise-grade server and storage products across the NPI lifecycle. You will bridge complex hardware engineering designs with production reality, directly accelerating time-to-market and safeguarding product quality. Partnering closely with Hardware Design, Quality, Operations, and contract manufacturing partners, you will build and scale reliable test solutions from PCBA (L6) to system-level (L10) environments.
WHAT YOU''LL DO
  • Architect Full-Stack Applications & POCs: Rapidly translate high-level, ambiguous business requirements into functional Proofs of Concept (POCs), continuously iterating them into robust, production-grade full-stack applications to optimize manufacturing test execution.
  • Scale High-Availability Telemetry Systems: Design, optimize, and scale high-availability backend database systems capable of processing and storing massive, high-throughput manufacturing telemetry, enabling real-time production analytics and data-driven quality insights.
  • Define & Deploy Test Strategy: Establish comprehensive structural and functional test coverage (L6 PCBA to L10 System) across NPI stages, partnering with Test Infrastructure, Design, and Quality teams to deploy standardized hardware test stations and maximize production yield.
  • Drive Hardware Debugging & NPI Readiness: Lead root-cause analysis and hardware validation within complex manufacturing environments to resolve technical roadblocks, author rigorous technical specifications, and ensure seamless product delivery with contract manufacturing partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Full-Stack Application Development: Expertise in taking high-level, ambiguous business requirements, rapidly building Proofs of Concept (POCs), and continuously iterating them into robust, production-grade full-stack applications using modern programming tools.
  • Backend Systems & High-Throughput Data: Experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling high-availability backend database systems capable of processing and storing massive, high-throughput manufacturing telemetry.
  • Manufacturing Test & Hardware Engineering: Deep understanding of PCBA (L6) and system-level (L10) functional test strategies, hardware debugging, and lab instrumentation across compute and storage architectures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Communication: Proven skill in translating complex engineering concepts into clear technical documentation and aligning cross-functional partners across Hardware Design, Quality, and Operations to achieve shared goals.
