Job description

Position Summary

The Quality Architect / AI Automation Architect will lead the design and development of our next-generation Game Test Automation and Continuous Testing Framework. This is a highly technical role at the intersection of test automation and AI/ML, responsible for architecting, building, and deploying intelligent solutions that drive measurable efficiency gains, strengthen product quality, and streamline QA workflows across multiple platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong architectural vision to deliver innovative AI-assisted automation solutions that transform how we test games at scale.

Essential Job Functions

  • Design, implement & deploy an AI-assisted test automation framework that incorporates testing of Game Applications and middleware across Native, Web based, Mobile and Social media platforms.

  • Design and Implement test automation solutions for key areas such as APIs, UI, Graphical Image Comparison, Portability, Scalability, High availability, Performance, etc.

  • Design and architect modular, reusable, and portable test automation libraries and solutions

  • Lead integration of Automated Tests with CI/CD Pipeline, Test/ Defect Management tools & Reporting Dashboards

  • Work closely with the Development, SQA and Tools teams to understand/ identify automation opportunities and drive the team to achieve high degree of test automation coverage goals

  • Support junior Engineers to accelerate test automation by training, guiding, and solving technical issues

  • Manage and Maintain test automation framework, data center and execution environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Test Automation experience working on large scale programs involving native console, Web based and Cloud based applications, preferably in gaming area

  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience developing and deploying AI/ML based automation solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Hands on experience with Open-Source test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Robot framework, Cucumber/Gherkin, Rest Assured or equivalent web-service automation tool, Perforce, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools, SonarQube or equivalent code quality tool

  • Advanced experience in one or more programming languages: C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML5 etc.

  • Advanced experience with cross-platform Game Engines such as Unity 3D, Unreal or similar

  • Strong knowledge and extensive experience working with product teams to develop appropriate level of automation testing (Unit, Integration, API, Smoke, System, Browser compatibility, etc.)

  • Experience working in a highly automated enterprise class software environment preferably of scale with thousands of tests going through a CI pipeline

  • Capable of mentoring and communicating test automation best practices, coding standards, test automation strategy and tool usage

  • Proven ability to clearly communicate at different levels and functions in organization.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of Software Test Automation experience

  • 3+ years of AI/ML Assisted Automation experience

  • Open-Source test automation frameworks and tools (5+ years preferred)

  • C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML5 etc. (5+ years preferred)

  • Native Console, Web and Cloud based gaming applications (Preferred)
