Position:Test Automation Software Engineer

Location:Warrenton, VA. Centennial, CO. Augusta, GA.

The Test Automation Engineer will develop and execute testing capabilities to continuously verify and validate interfaces and acceptance criteria. They design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure software quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Develop test automation that is repeatable, maintainable, and executable without intervention
Coordinate with developers for test driver needs and compatibility
Make automated test threads and scripts are version controlled
Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and automation frameworks
Automate regression testing to enable continuous integration
Design reusable and modular test scripts for multiple test scenarios
Integrate automated test into CI/CD
Continuously improve testing processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and adopt new testing technologies for efficiency and robustness
Required Qualifications:
United States citizen
Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Accuracy, mathematical aptitude, time management, and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex integration challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in managing large and complex software and mission integration projects.
Experience in working with a variety of business leaders, IT professionals, and customers
The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the scope of the position, relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, customer contractual requirements, security clearance requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.
