About Us

We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.
  • Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician.
  • Will have superior customer relations skills.
  • Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform.
  • MSCA Star Certified.  Take and complete the Star Certification Test.
  • Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.
  • Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable.
  • Should be proactive when possible "warranty" or "credits" could arise.
  • Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time.
  • Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education. 
  • Should be the technical "go to" for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence.
  • Assist sales and quote department with technical information required.
Qualifications
  • Extensive HVAC field knowledge with minimum 10 years' service field experience.
  • Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 10 years field experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills a plus.
  • Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.
