Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for an Intermediate Test Analyst who will provide support to the Missile Defense Agency's Test Directorate, Consolidated Flight Test Organization, for the test planning and execution of the Space-Based Interceptor program.  This individual will work on the TEAMS Next Test support contract.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-mission analysis, mission execution support, and post-mission data analyses
  • Support the development of post-flight Best-Estimate-Trajectories (BETs) of critical trajectory objects via integration of available truth data from telemetry, radar, and optical sources
  • Develop predictions for flight test data collection platforms
  • Perform model and data analysis to include object characterization, Monte-Carlo trajectory simulation, and trajectory data fusion to assist in post-flight test reviews
  • Prepare and present pre-flight and post-flight truth data planning and results
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in a relevant field.
    • 3+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Secret clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD testing desired. Experience with DoD test execution desired.
  • Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) organization and Missile Defense System (MDS) designs, performance, and testing
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, Java, and/or other programming languages

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • General knowledge of industry standard trajectory/radar/optical prediction codes
  • Understanding of waveforms, polarizations, and applications for radar data
