Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Test Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to conduct acceptance and operational evaluation assessments as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional C-UAS project team.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support test engineers in test planning and data collection activities
  • Support the planning of test activities by developing a historical record of test activities to include but not limited to target ground truth, target operational capabilities, meteorological data, and mission information
  • Responsible for target placement, target configuration, and target operator instructions and guidance
  • Summarizes and merges ground truth collected information into summary reports
  • Assist with general test support to include test set-up and tear-down
  • Develop and use algorithms to process raw test data
  • Generate insights from distilled test results for client and senior leader consumption
  • Assist in drafting technical documentation
  • Travel to assist off-site testing (up to 15%)
  • Physical requirements can include walking, climbing, crawling through small spaces, and standing or sitting for long periods of time

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering with 0-2 years of experience is required OR more than 4 years of experience conducting data analytics on a daily basis
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, Linux, and command line
  • Experience with statistics and data analysis
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis
  • Part 107 Certificate
