Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 8:00am-6:00pm

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct audits in accordance with established quality assurance guidelines, ensuring standards are consistently met across all processes 
  • Maintain thorough, audit-ready supporting documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines 
  • Participate in monthly quality assurance and calibration meetings to stay aligned with evolving standards and best practices
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to pass a federal background check, as employment is contingent on client approval
    • Must pass lifetime criminal background and credit check (no current delinquencies, no student debt, no back taxes) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making ability 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels – senior leadership, peers, and team members 
  • Self-starter who works independently under pressure and meets deadlines with minimal supervision 
  • Proficient in PC skills with knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methodology, and tools 
  • Able to collect, record, and interpret data accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information 
  • Familiarity with client technology, business processes, and procedures; prior mentor experience is a plus 
  • Comfortable working in a primarily sedentary role (seated approximately 85% of the day)
