The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, manage documentation systems, and uphold quality compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
  • MonitorandmaintaintheChangeControlProgramto ensure thatnew programsand process changesgo through the program
  • Manage andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date documentation related to quality processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance records in the distribution centers
  • Ensure all documentationcomplies withTesla's internal standards, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable), and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Administer document control systems (e.g., electronic document management systems) to organize, store, and retrieve critical records efficiently
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure version control, document approvals, and change management processes are followed
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits ofprocesses and documents, ensuring compliance with quality standards andapproved flows
  • Identifyopportunities to streamline documentation workflows and reduce errors or redundancies

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Program Management, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years related experience in quality assurance, or project management in a supply chain or manufacturing company
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management standards
  • ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT), Certified Document Controller, or similar certifications are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA, 8D problem-solving)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Expected Compensation $87,120 - $151,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
