BMW and MINI of the Main Line is looking for motivated individuals to serve as an Automotive Sales Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will assist guests through every stage of their automobile shopping and buying experience and develop life-long relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to join the largest selling luxury automobile brand in the US. All levels of experience are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on sales leads through scheduled communication activity
  • Develop rapport with clients and perspective clients while performing a needs-based assessment and present relevant products
  • Conduct walk-arounds, both virtual and in-person, and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Assist clients with vehicle selection
  • Negotiate vehicle pricing, financing, accessories and other products
  • Use proven techniques to close the sale
  • Provide an excellent delivery experience while ensuring client understands operating features, warranty and service process
  • Perform Sales to Service Hand-off and assist in client’s service needs as required
  • Follow-up with all clients and prospective clients as scheduled to create and maintain long term relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
  • Continuously review current and future vehicle inventory to match prospective clients with relevant vehicles
  • Develop short and long-term sales goals
