What You'll Be Doing

As a Territory Field Lead, you will support growth across your territory to help improve revenue and profit. You'll work on the ground with Agent store leaders and sync directly with regional and HQ directors-serving as the vital link that implements daily KPI success, brand alignment, and launch readiness. This role is the primary field sales enablement for our Indirect Agent channel, supporting a dedicated field territory to implement tactical plans that drive revenue, growth, and profitability. You will work side-by-side with Agents, acting as the primary field liaison for Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ directors to ensure consistent in-store execution, KPI achievement, brand alignment, and readiness for national launches.

  • Support Sales Goals: Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to support revenue growth, maximize profitability, and meet regional sales goals.
  • Execute Sales Support: Enhancing agent capabilities and performance through product knowledge and skills, and tailored sales strategies to drive achievement of agent sales targets. Monitoring and evaluating agent and overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement and analyzing market factors.
  • Build Partner Relationships: Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing agents and creating new agent relationships. Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing agents and creating new agent relationships.
  • Advocate for Frontline Tools: Champion the use of assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks (including proprietary point-of-sale support pathways and the Virtual Support Link) alongside Agent store leadership to eliminate sales-floor bottlenecks and minimize transaction errors.
  • Coordinate Field Readiness & Sales Enablement: Partner with Agent leadership to coordinate priority launches, distribute real-time updates, support training completion, incentives, and promotions to maximize territory sales performance.
  • Communicate Changes and Updates: Connect high-level strategic changes to day-to-day impacts, translating complex initiatives into clear updates that keep teams informed and prepared for organizational changes.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven professional with sales experience who thrives in high-volume, dynamic environments. You are an exceptional communicator and natural relationship-builder who can seamlessly collaborate with local Agent structures to support corporate initiatives. As an analytical problem-solver, you confidently handle ambiguity, resolve technical and operational roadblocks alongside support teams, and maintain a sharp focus on compliance and accuracy. Ultimately, you value diverse perspectives, use financial metrics to support partner success, and are deeply invested in helping your partners succeed.

You'll need to have:

  • Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
  • Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Sales, marketing, training, or customer service experience (ideally, with third-party sellers or retailers).
  • Experience in the wireless industry.
