  • Oversee inbound freight, staging, deluxing, repairs, returns, claims, and outbound delivery execution
  • Ensure next-day delivery readiness through auditing and operational planning
  • Maintain high levels of on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field observations to coach teams and improve service quality
  • Monitor routes and delivery execution in real time
  • Develop labor plans that align staffing with operational demand

What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • 5+ years of final mile or last mile delivery leadership experience
  • 3–5+ years managing distribution, transportation, or logistics operations
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing independent contractor delivery teams
  • Proven success leading large teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics
Preferred Experience
  • Furniture delivery experience strongly preferred
  • Home delivery or white-glove delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
