Our Structures Department has openings for Foremen. As a member of thisteamyou will be expected to model the highest standards of professionalism and decorum on some of the most exclusive sporting venues in the country. Your appearance,behaviorand performance as you work,isthe basis of theInProductionreputation. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Foremenwill supervise installation and dismantling of equipment, including the erection and breakdown of scaffolds, and larger tent structures floorings, mezzanine, etc. Perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of customers andin accordance withcompany standards. Oversee and enforce company safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties are the installation and removal of Mezzanine and Tent structures as well as other duties assigned to in the field or within the warehouse.
  • Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures
  • Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
  • Ensureappropriate safetymeasures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment
  • Carrying, loading, and unloading of materials from truck to installation location on site
  • Respectful interactions with multi-lingual team, leaders, and clients
  • Uphold company safety standards and ensureappropriate safetymeasures are followed
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
  • Other duties asrequired
