Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely install, secure, and dismantle temporary tent structures following industry standards and company protocols.
  • Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tent structures and associated equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and report any incidents or damages immediately.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the successful execution of turnaround projects.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in tent installation, construction, or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Basic Plus certification required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
