Party Savvy is hiring dependable and safety-focused individuals for a seasonal or part-time Delivery Driver Crew Member position supporting our delivery, tent installation, and warehouse teams. This is a hands-on role for individuals comfortable operating larger vehicles, working in a fast-paced environment, and representing the company professionally at client sites. In this role, you will drive company vehicles to complete deliveries and pickups, assist with tent installation and event setup, and support warehouse operations as needed.    
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Driving and Delivery:  
    • Drive company vehicles including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL).  
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. 
    • Ensure safe vehicle operation and compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations. 
    • Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration procedures as required.  
    • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles. 
  • Event and Operations Support:  
    • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently. 
    • Assist with tent installation and removal.  
    • Set up and tear down event equipment according to company standards.  
    • Perform quality control checks before and after events.  
    • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.  
    • Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and related equipment.  
    • Follow all safety procedures and operational standards.

    • Perform additional duties as required.    
Work Conditions: 
  • Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.  
  • Early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required.  
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and physical movement.  
  • Regularly lift 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. 
Schedule and Compensation: 
  • Seasonal or part-time position.  
  • Shifts may run 4, 8, or 12 hours depending on event needs.  
  • Monday through Friday and weekends as required.  
  • Flexibility required for varying start and end times.  
  • Overtime may be available during peak season.  
  • Pay Range: $16–$19 per hour depending on experience and market.  
  • Seasonal Position: Peak season runs April through October. Strong performers may be considered for year-round employment based on performance and business needs. 
Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Must be at least 21 years old.  
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.  
  • Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.  
  • Proficiency in English.  
  • Basic math skills.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.  
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods.  
  • Willingness to be cross trained in other departments. 
  • Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index.
