Position Summary: 
Party Savvy is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Senior Tent Crew Leader to support tent installation, delivery, and warehouse operations. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on leader with a background in tenting, construction, or similar outdoor work. The role leads onsite tent installations and removals, supervises crews, ensures safe, efficient execution, and maintains quality standards. Additional duties include driving company vehicles, loading/unloading, supporting warehouse operations, and coordinating with internal teams. The Senior Tent Crew Leader reports to the Operations Manager.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Lead crews for tent installations and removals; serve as onsite lead.  
  • Review layouts, assess sites, and make real-time decisions for safe, efficient execution.  
  • Oversee installation/breakdown of tents and related equipment; maintain quality standards.  
  • Train and support crew members on proper procedures and safety practices. 
  • Evaluate job sites, identify challenges, and communicate with clients and venues.  
  • Represent the company professionally and ensure expectations are met. 
  • Operate company vehicles safely; complete inspections and follow regulations. 
  • Oversee accurate loading/unloading and proper handling of equipment. 
  • Support warehouse operations including pulling, staging, and organizing equipment. 
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report damages or issues. 
  • Communicate job updates, issues, and follow-ups to internal teams. 
  • Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures. 
  • Assist with additional duties as needed to support operations.  
Work Conditions: 
  • Work indoors and outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions. 
  • Fast-paced, high-energy work environment with time-sensitive deadlines. 
  • Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive physical movement. 
  • Regularly lift 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, with team lifting and equipment assistance when appropriate. 
  • Position requires significant walking, standing, and physical stamina throughout the day. 
  • Exposure to jobsite hazards, changing ground conditions, traffic areas, and warehouse equipment is possible. 
  • Safety must remain a top priority at all times when operating vehicles, equipment, and working around tent installation systems and related tools. 
Schedule and Compensation: 
  • Full-time, year-round position.  
  • Shifts may run 8 to 12+ hours depending on event and installation needs.  
  • Monday through Friday, with weekends and extended hours as needed.  
  • Flexibility is required for varying start and end times.  
  • Overtime opportunities are available during peak season.  
  • Compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements. 
  • Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screening. 
  • 3+ years of tenting or related experience, and prior leadership required.  
  • Ability to read layouts and operate in a fast-paced, physical environment.  
  • Experience with frame tents, pole tents, structure tents, staking, ballast, sidewalls, flooring, lighting, and tent layouts strongly preferred.   
  • Strong communication, safety focus, and attention to detail. 
  • Willing to support warehouse operations as needed. 
  • Completion of Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through the Predictive Index is required.
