Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement computer vision models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support the doubled haploid biotechnology group.
  • Design and deliver deep learning-based models for microscopy and macroscopic assays.
  • Ensure models meet measurable accuracy, robustness, and throughput standards.
  • Build and maintain production-ready pipelines in Python for data ingest, preprocessing, augmentation, inference, and batch processing.
  • Integrate pipelines with GitLab repositories and experiment tracking systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback.

Essential Skills

  • 2-6 years of experience in computer vision development using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Strong foundational skills in computer vision.
  • Proficiency in Python for building production-ready pipelines.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to independently push projects forward.
