About Us

Tennis Central is a leading tennis organization dedicated to developing players of all ages and levels through structured, high-energy programs. Our summer camps combine tennis instruction, games, and team activities in a fun, positive, and professional environment.
Position Overview

We are looking for Tennis Camp Counselors to support our summer camp programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with kids, have a passion for tennis, and bring energy, structure, and positivity to the court.
Camp Counselors work alongside our coaching team to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities

  •  Supervise and engage groups of children throughout the camp day 
  •  Assist coaches with drills, games, and on-court activities 
  •  Help set up and break down courts and equipment 
  •  Ensure a safe and structured environment at all times 
  •  Manage transitions between activities (tennis, breaks, lunch, etc.) 
  •  Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behavior 
  •  Communicate with coaches and staff regarding any issues or concerns 
  •  Serve as a positive role model for all campers
Qualifications

  •  Interest in tennis (playing experience preferred, but not required) 
  •  Experience working with children is a strong plus 
  •  Energetic, positive, and reliable 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  •  Ability to take direction and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Must be responsible and punctual
