1. Responsible for building LLMs for the gaming domain, including pre-training, instruction fine-tuning and post-training, training and inference acceleration, evaluation, etc., to drive long-term and continuous industry-leading product advantages.

2. Establish and improve the theoretical and engineering systems for large game models, explore the application of large language model technologies in game AI scenarios, and empower all aspects of game creation and interactive experience with smarter model capabilities.

3. Track and explore cutting-edge technologies and real-world applications of large language models.

Who We Look For

1. Over 5 years of research and work experience in the NLP field, with a background in computer science or related disciplines.

2. Familiar with theoretical foundations of NLP, proficient in statistical models and machine learning principles, with hands-on NLP experience and participation in relevant projects. 3. Familiar with industry-leading large language models (such as GPT series, DeepSeek, LLaMA series, etc.) and their training methodologies.

4. Experience in large model optimization, distributed training, and debugging is preferred.

5. Experience in text generation, dialogue systems, or game AI is preferred.

6. Publications in top NLP conferences/journals are preferred.

Location State(s)

US-California-Palo AltoThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $127,100.00 to $297,000.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee's tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
