Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Tenant Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
The ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to switch from one task to another and back as daily concerns will need to be addressed in the moment, while also juggling project-based work.
The role is onsite in downtown St. Louis, MO USA.
What You'll Do:
  • Track and confirm status/receipt of purchases.
  • Prepare manual billings with instruction, and submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system.
  • Receive, sort, and deliver mail as needed.
  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes communicating with tenants, vendors and guests.
  • Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.
  • Coordinate tenant parking requests and track parking users.
  • Plan and coordinate annual fire drills.
  • Organize and manage on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Prepare and distribute the property newsletter on a monthly basis.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
