• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Utilize 10-key by touch and keyboarding skills to input and verify large datasets efficiently
• Review, validate, and correct data discrepancies while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Manage workload deadlines with effective time management in a production-driven environment

Candidates for Data Entry Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of data entry experience (production environment preferred)
• Ability to meet typing requirements (40+ WPM) and 10-key score (8,000 KPH with 95% accuracy)
• High School Diploma or equivalent and strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, PC navigation, and ability to follow complex instructions independently
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven reliability with excellent attendance record
