Description

Manager is looking to have someone start ASAP. Ideally someone who has experience in a similar role with excellent organizational and scheduling skills.

This is only a temporary role with no possibility to convert to a full-time employee (FTE).

Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide onsite support for managers and directors during a 5-month assignment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have demonstrated experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting departmental operations. May provide backup support to higher-level management as needed.
