Concierge Receptionist

Pay Rate: $18 Hours: M-F 8-5 Location: Apple Office - 1 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 700, Coral Gables, FL 33134

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

  • Greeting people and employees
  • Assisting vendors
  • Getting temporary badges
  • Escort people or client
  • Setting up conference room
  • Things needed in the meeting room
  • Restocking and ordering snacks
  • Sending and receiving packages, mails

Licenses/Certifications: N/A

Must Have Skills:

  • Bilingual and Spanish
  • Previous Receptionist role

Nice to have skills:

  • Organized
  • Problem solving
  • Knowledge of Apple products, knows basic function of Apple products (Iphone, Ipad, Mac)

Years of Experience: 1 2 years of experience as receptionist

Education: At least HS diploma

Software skills: Basic Apple Programs (Safari Web)
