Sacramento Business Brokers is dedicated to helping local business owners sell their businesses and helping prospective business owners buy a business. We are looking to hire a part-time VP with the potential to grow into a full-time position with additional responsibilities.

While the core focus of this position will be marketing, we may offer to expand this position to include digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email marketing, and marketing automation.

Based on our guidance and training, you will create blog content related to buying, selling, and preparing to sell a business.

Job Requirements:

  • This is a telecommute position, so we need someone that can manage their time well and complete projects without their manager constantly looking over their shoulder.
  • To do the job right, you will need to become proficient with tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Excellent written communication skills are extremely important.
  • You should be passionate about researching and learning new markets and industries.

Who we're looking for:

  • B.S./B.A degree or a combination of education and work experience.
  • 3+ years of related copywriting experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies such as website development, email marketing, and social media is a plus.
