Job description

Job Description
A financial organizational is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team. You will work between 30 to 40 hours each week.
Job Duties:
  • Schedule meetings
  • Complete and send paperwork via DocuSign, email, and USPS
  • Complete money movement transactions for clients
  • Minor maintenance in our CRM
  • Light marketing posting; eventually become our website and SalesForce onboarding administrator/trainer
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Must have previous Client Service Associate experience; licenses not required
  • Must have experience their custodial software with Charles Schwab, Salesforce, Docusign while having accurate data entry skills
  • Must have an articulate, professional, and upbeat phone voice
  • Must have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
