Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Summary: The Treasury Management Specialist will assist the Treasury Management Operations Manager and Sales Team with the day-to-day operations of the department. They will be the liaison between the Sales Officer and the Deposit Operations departments to ensure product implementation and system programming are completed. The TMS will provide client support in the form of product training, conflict resolution, account research, exception reporting and documentation requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients and perform client requested service in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Prepare and review completed Treasury Management Service Agreements.
  • Provide implementation of all Treasury Management products and services.
  • Review CRTs from Sales Officers for completion. Obtain additional information and approvals as needed.
  • Work closely with clients, Treasury Management Sales Officers, and other internal departments to complete the set-up of Treasury Management products and services. This includes, but not limited to, the pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation of new client set-ups, revisions, or deletions to products and services.
  • Provide research on our client database via account reviews to our Sales Officers and Treasury Management Operations Manager.
  • Communicate with customers by phone or email to effectively resolve questions, problems, or follow up regarding the implementation of Treasury Management services.
  • Communicate with our third-party vendors and Treasury Management Operations Manager to resolve any ongoing issues.
  • Establish and build relationships with clients, displaying a caring attitude.
  • Provide temporary limit increases on ACH and RDC transactions. Obtain needed approvals according to the Treasury Management Standard.
  • Properly be able to identify a customer's root issue and provide a resolution. Be able to identify when the issue needs to be escalated.
  • Provide remote customer onboarding for all Treasury Management products and services.
  • Provide implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for all MyBiz Plus customers.
  • Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking initiative to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
  • Follow up with clients, prospect clients and sales officers on any pending items.
  • Maintain files for pending and completed projects.
  • Assist in any special projects assigned by the Treasury Management Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Must be detail oriented, well-organized and ability to work independently and consistently.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is required; previous banking experience preferred.
