The Opportunity

Integrated Construction, LLC is seeking a high-performing Multi-Family/Hospitality Project Superintendent. We are looking for a field leader who balances technical wood-framing mastery with elite organizational skills.

This position offers direct visibility to executive leadership (CEO/CFO/COO) , giving you the autonomy to manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects to success safely, on time, and within budget.

Core Responsibilities
  • Field Leadership: Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

  • Wood Framing Expertise: Bring extensive experience in wood framing, including accurate material take-offs and efficient installation.

  • MEP Coordination: Direct structural and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations while coordinating subcontractors.

  • Digital Reporting: Meticulously utilize Procore daily to track manpower, materials, progress, and safety incidents.

  • Schedule & Cost Control: Develop weekly "Look Ahead" schedules, run subcontractor meetings, and monitor project costs.

  • Safety & Quality: Enforce all OSHA regulations, maintain a safe site, and implement strict quality control procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.

  • Technical Mastery: Extensive wood-framing experience and vast knowledge of MEP systems are required.

  • Software: High proficiency with Procore for daily updates and reporting.

  • Certs: Must hold current OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.

  • Travel: Mandatory ability to travel and work on projects located throughout the Southeastern United States.
