  • Oversee the day-to-day work of the CRM Specialist and cross-functional contributors, while supporting their ongoing development.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and advance marketing capabilities across the firm, including improving access to data across systems.
  • Drive the selection, implementation, integration, and continuous enhancement of marketing platforms and tools to support evolving business needs.
  • Establish and oversee data governance, quality standards, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security across all systems, with a focus on maintaining accurate and usable client data.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, promoting best practices, standardizing workflows, and maximizing the value and ROI of marketing technology investments, including evaluating opportunities to streamline the technology stack.
  • Lead user enablement and adoption efforts through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across the firm.
  • Monitor emerging marketing technology trends and innovations, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance firmwide marketing performance.
  • Lead CRM/ERM strategy and oversee day-to-day platform operations, including system administration, configuration, governance, and relationship mapping as a core capability.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of Brattle.com, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business priorities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external developers to deliver website enhancements, technical updates, and roadmap initiatives.
  • Oversee the email marketing automation platform (Vuture), ensuring effective campaign execution and integration within the broader marketing technology ecosystem.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or training in CRM administration, data governance, marketing technology, business intelligence, or database management preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience managing marketing technology platforms, with demonstrated expertise in CRM, ERM, marketing automation, CMS, and analytics systems, within a professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building or leveraging client/relationship intelligence systems to support business development, including improving visibility into client relationships.
  • Experience managing and developing team members, including setting priorities, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for BD teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with pipeline management and opportunity tracking approaches in professional services environments.
  • Strong understanding of data management, integration, and governance best practices.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Proven ability to lead platform implementation projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance analytics.
