LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Representative! Join a high-energy team based on-site in Salisbury, NC, where no two days look the same. If you're quick-thinking, resourceful, and love problem-solving, this could be your next big move. With a starting pay of $18/hour, you'll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, secure, and running smoothly.
Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
*shifts are typically 10 or 12 hours
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
  • Monitor alarm systems and respond swiftly to fire or intrusion signals
  • Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders
  • Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations
  • Support store teams with remote training and alarm troubleshooting
  • Manage key requests and PIN code updates for all facilities
  • Handle dispatching of service calls for retail Loss Prevention systems
Call Center Representative Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (dispatch or call center preferred)
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC
