Job description

Job Title: ISR TECHNICAL OPERATIONS ANALYST (TOA) with Fiancial Experience Reports to :Program Manager Department : 10154 USMS Location:Arlington, VA FLSA : Exempt Job Summary: Provide budgetary and fiscal responsibilities. Essential Functions: Request signatures on invoices Review / ensure proper payment disbursement Confidential Record Keeping and reporting required Manage SharePoint Drive Invoice Tracker Review Funds Requests for accurateness prior to obligating money Ability to analyze and effectively communicate with vendors when complications/errors are identified and resolve Work closely with senior management to ensure accruals and obligations are accurate Input and reconcile financial transactions into Agency Specific Financial Management System Prepare financial status reports Prepare budget transfers for reimbursement Prepare requisition documents for procurement of supplies, service and equipment Other duties as assigned Knowledge Skills and Experience: Analyze information to identify issues, and resolve problems following procedures and practices Maintain and monitor budget for program by providing accurate information to management Maintain suspense systems for invoices, identifying past due and outstanding items ensuring due dates are met Prepare and edit various kinds of written correspondences in relation to the program Work with management to ensure accruals and obligations are correct by generating financial reports Review and analyze documents submitted for completeness and accuracy Prepare statistical analyses and evaluation of program performance as it relates to various operations Assist in funds transfer using various databases Collect, analyze, and report findings to management with solutions to issues and problems that arise Provide administrative support to various branch offices following Agency administrative practices and procedures Gather, identify, and analyze information and develop recommendations to resolve issues Interpret, adapt, and apply Agency regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to program Recommend effective methods to accomplish program objectives and goals Maintain great working relationships with Agency personnel, contractors, personnel from other agencies as well as vendors Research issues and present findings with recommended solutions to overcome obstacle Perform other duties as assigned Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret
