The Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator supports the execution of day-to-day supply chain activities including order processing, materials coordination, shipment tracking, and internal communication. This role ensures accurate and timely flow of information and materials across procurement, planning, production, and logistics functions. Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Order & Transaction Support
Process and track purchase orders, production orders, and internal supply requestsÂ
Ensure accuracy of order data within ERP systemsÂ
Monitor order status and follow up on open or delayed itemsÂ
Materials & Logistics Coordination
Support inbound and outbound material flow to ensure timely availability for productionÂ
Coordinate shipments, receipts, and documentation with suppliers and logistics partnersÂ
Assist in resolving discrepancies in deliveries, quantities, or documentationÂ
Communication & Execution Support
Serve as a communication link between procurement, planning, production, and warehouse teamsÂ
Provide status updates on orders, materials, and production readinessÂ
Escalate issues that may impact production schedules or customer deliveriesÂ
Inventory & Data Accuracy
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and transaction integrityÂ
Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activitiesÂ
Help ensure ERP data consistency across supply chain processesÂ
Process Support & Continuous Improvement
Support standard work processes across supply chain functionsÂ
Identify opportunities for improving accuracy, speed, and communication flowÂ
Participate in cross-training and backup support across all supply chain roles
Requirements
Education/Training: High school diploma or GED.Â
Experience:Â
- 2-3 years data entry experience including MS Office suite.
- Math skills
- Experience with ERP or similar system preferred
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or administrative coordination nice to have
Skills/Aptitude:Â
- Effective oral and written communication, computer literacy, detail oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and tracking.
- Effective communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: Office 90%, factory office & lab 10%.Â

Hourly Rate: $23 - $27Â
