This position is primarily a field position, and the student will be conducting field work at offsite field locations for 2 to 4 days a week. Our USDA ARS partners have strict COVID19 protocols in place for field work that require daily health checks, masks and other protective gear (safety glasses and gloves), social distancing, and frequent handwashing. All incoming employees receive a field safety training course prior to starting that covers COVID19 safety protocols.
