Job description

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Technician candidates in the Kennebunk, ME area. The Cleaner / Fixturer / Inspector supports the Medtronics production line by preparing parts for coating, setting up fixtures, and performing visual and dimensional inspections. This role is essential to ensuring medical-grade components meet strict cleanliness, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare parts for coating using approved processes and procedures.
  • Set up and load parts onto fixtures for coating operations.
  • Perform visual inspections to identify defects, contamination, or irregularities.
  • Conduct basic dimensional inspections using gauges and measurement tools.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and part status documentation.
  • Follow all cleanroom, safety, and quality protocols.
  • Coordinate with machine operators and quality personnel to support production flow and schedules.

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing, medical device production, or inspection preferred.
