Join a large-scale solar energy site as a general laborer supporting the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. In this role, you perform basic general labor and maintenance tasks using hand tools across an active solar facility, contributing directly to the reliable operation of a major renewable energy project.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties to support the O&M team at a utility-scale solar energy center.
  • Use basic hand tools to complete routine maintenance and operational tasks on the solar site.
  • Carry out assigned work safely and efficiently in an outdoor environment and across varying weather conditions.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions from site leadership and adhere to established procedures.
  • Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance to support daily operations and scheduled work.
  • Assist with construction-related and site upkeep activities as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet project timelines.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines, site rules, and O&M standards while working on equipment and around active solar infrastructure.

You operate within an industrial solar facility environment that emphasizes safety procedures, clear communication, and coordinated teamwork across a large, active energy installation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
