Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain telemetry reporting, robust data solutions, automation workflows, and advanced AI-assisted capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and enhance reporting dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Develop and optimize queries, functions, data models, and various table types within advanced data exploration and analytics platforms.
  • Integrate diverse enterprise data sources and develop supporting data queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines essential for analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Develop automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, C#, or similar scripting/programming languages to streamline operational tasks and meet business requirements.
  • Develop AI-enabled reporting and analytics agent components, including conversational AI capabilities, custom scripting, prompt assets, and supporting knowledge files.
  • Validate data quality, business logic, report accuracy, dashboards, and scheduled refreshes to ensure reliable and high-fidelity production solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline, query, reporting, and production issues to maintain optimal solution reliability and performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reusable components, and engineering best practices to support long-term solution maintainability and scalability.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions, telemetry reporting, and automation.
  • Expertise in developing and enhancing reporting dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in optimizing queries, functions, and data models within data exploration and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate enterprise data sources and develop SQL queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or C# for automation.
  • Experience with AI-enabled reporting and analytics agent components, including conversational AI, prompt assets, and knowledge files.
  • Experience in validating data quality, business logic, and report accuracy.
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline, query, and reporting issues.
  • Strong commitment to creating technical documentation, reusable components, and adhering to engineering best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional engineering teams.

Compensation Range
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80/hr - $85/hr.
