Description

We are searching for a Software Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support our client. You will take a leading role in planning and executing validation activities. You will design test strategies, guide junior testers, and ensure thorough system validation across functional and performance areas. You will also play a key role in identifying risks, improving test processes, and ensuring high-quality releases.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Lead validation efforts across multiple systems and environments

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed analysis

• Guide and mentor junior testers

• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and test coverage

• Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues

• Analyze system behavior and performance under different conditions

• Contribute to process improvements and test strategy development
