Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidence in confidential information and perform a wide range of duties that require tact, sensitivity, independent judgment, diplomacy, flexibility, and discretion. Organizational Ability to successfully track and follow up on a wide variety of tasks Customer Service Skills - provide a positive and welcoming environment; Responds promptly to needs; solicits feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
