Job description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our team in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environment. This temporary role is ideal for a candidate who can quickly step in, manage customer accounts, and coordinate orders for custom ductwork and fabricated metal components with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ordering HVAC and sheet metal products
  • Process and manage orders, including custom specifications and dimensions
  • Provide accurate order status, lead times, and product information
  • Coordinate with production (coil line, bending, and assembly) to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Communicate delays, material issues, or changes proactively
  • Maintain accurate documentation and order records

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or metal fabrication strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP or order entry systems preferred
