Location: Concordia University
  • We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SERVER LEAD positions.
  • Address: 800 North Colombia, Seward, NE 68434. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; days may vary, 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior server and supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Perks: Free shift meals, free parking, free uniforms, two employee events per year (Christmas and Graduation), and growth/management program opportunities.
  • Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
  • Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
  • Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
  • Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
