Working alongside servers, bartenders, and hosts, this role ensures the dining room runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the level of polish that defines the Red Door standard.
Server Assistants anticipate needs before they arise-supporting the team, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with pacing, and ensuring every table is guest-ready. They help create the flow and rhythm that allow our guests to relax, connect, and enjoy memorable moments from start to finish.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of booths, chairs, and floors throughout the dining room.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, verifying order details with servers before delivery.
  • Assist with food service during peak times to ensure hot food and perfect presentation reach guests promptly.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of guest needs-refill water, replenish beverages, and assist proactively.
  • Monitor table pacing and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, expo area, and service stations.
  • Assist with restocking items such as glassware, silverware, condiments, and service tools throughout the shift.
  • Support the host team when needed with guest seating, carryout orders, or maintaining lobby cleanliness.
  • Handle glassware, plates, and utensils with care and professionalism.
  • Ensure all guest areas-including tables, booths, chairs, floors, and restrooms-are clean, safe, and inviting.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Represent the Red Door brand through professional appearance, positive attitude, and consistent hospitality.
