Job description

10+ years of IT/CRM business analysis experience, with 7+ years on Salesforce projects.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules, including: CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval workflows) RCA (revenue recognition, contract amendments, reporting) Billing (subscription, usage-based billing, invoicing, dunning, credit notes)

Proven experience delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash projects. Skilled in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams, and data mapping documents.

Familiarity with integration scenarios (Salesforce to ERP/Finance). Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst preferred.

Desired Attributes Strong consulting and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.

Analytical thinker who can anticipate challenges, gaps, and risks in business processes.
