Essential Job Functions
  • Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
  • Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
  • Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
  • Ability to access and organize stock in high storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.
