  • Qualify prospects by uncovering their hiring goals, pain points, and current process
  • Deliver clear, tailored demo presentations that show how AvaHR fits each business
  • Communicate the value of AvaHR in practical terms that resonate with busy owners
  • Own your pipeline from first conversation through follow-up and close

  • Stay current on the HR, recruiting, and hiring-technology landscape so you can advise credibly
  • Consistently meet and exceed your sales targets while raising the standard for how we serve customers
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure every prospect has an excellent experience

What We're Looking For

  • Prior sales experience, ideally B2B or SaaS
  • Confidence presenting and demoing software to business decision-makers
  • Familiarity with HR or hiring technology (or the drive to learn it fast)
  • A solid grasp of sales fundamentals and a customer-first mindset
  • A track record of hitting or beating quota
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work in person at our Chandler, AZ office
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
