Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining nursing objectives, standards of nursing practice, nursing policy and procedures, methods for coordination of nursing services with other guest services.
• Coordinates clinical programs as assigned (i.e., Staff Development Program, Infection Control Program, etc.) and maintains all tracking and reporting systems for the programs.
Qualifications
• Must hold a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license, or hold a compact RN license. Must maintain valid licensure to practice as a RN.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to Assisted Living in WA State.
• Minimum of one (1) year nursing leadership experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
