  • Employment Type: PRN
  • Pay Rate: $28 - $33/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)  
  • Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis in Cambridge, MD. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies/procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition to appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
    • Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
    • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
    • Current BLS/CPR certification.
    • Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
