Join Our Team as a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN)

Weโ€™re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, youโ€™ll deliver high-quality wound care and treatment services while working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Success in this role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.


Your Impact as a Treatment Nurse

In this role, you will:

  • Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments

  • Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns

  • Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans

  • Evaluate residentsโ€™ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing

  • Review lab results and respond to signs of infection

  • Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols

  • Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
