Your contributions will help improve the accuracy, usability, and long-term value of building data used for operations, maintenance, renovations, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

CAD / Revit Modeling

  • Create, update, and maintain 3D Revit models for existing facilities.
  • Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files into LOD 300+ Revit models.
  • Develop accurate building models using field information, redlines, as-built documentation, and existing record drawings.
  • Integrate LIDAR point clouds and field verification data into Revit workflows.
  • Support modeling of architectural, structural, and facility systems, with emphasis on accurate documentation of building conditions.
  • Assist with MEP-related model development, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related building systems where applicable.

BIM & Document Management

  • Support Revit template creation, BIM standards, and project-specific modeling workflows.
  • Conduct model QA/QC for accuracy, completeness, naming conventions, and standards compliance.
  • Maintain model metadata, version control, and documentation integrity.
  • Assist with BIM Execution Plan requirements, COBie-related data, and facilities information management.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with BIM, GIS, engineering, project management, facilities, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.
  • Communicate model issues, documentation gaps, and field verification needs clearly and proactively.

Records Management

  • Index drawings, models, and related project files into a secure project data repository.
  • Perform file conversions and ensure records are organized, searchable, and compliant with project requirements.
  • Support accurate documentation of existing building conditions for long-term use by client teams.

Service & Reporting

  • Respond to service requests related to models, drawings, and visual deliverables.
  • Prepare model views, exports, and visual documentation to support planning, coordination, and project execution.
  • Assist with internal training and knowledge sharing related to BIM standards, Revit tools, and documentation practices.

Qualifications
